How does the 7-day free trial work?

Enter your card at checkout — you won’t be charged for 7 days. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay absolutely nothing. After the trial, your plan renews monthly and you can cancel any time from your account.

How do I get access after subscribing?

After checkout you receive a personal invite code by email within seconds. Use it to create your CardFlip account, connect your eBay, and start listing immediately — the full trial starts now.

What is a scan?

Each time you drop a photo and CardFlip analyzes it, that counts as one scan. Each card in a batch counts as one scan. Scans reset every month on your billing date.

What does Founding Member mean?

Pay once, access forever. Unlimited scans. Every feature we add is included. Founding Member access is by invitation — email support@cardflipapp.com to inquire about pricing.

Do I need my own eBay account?

Yes. CardFlip connects to your existing eBay seller account and posts listings directly. You keep 100% of your sales.

What items does it support?

Anything. Trading cards — Baseball, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, wrestling, and more. If you can take a picture of it and sell it, CardFlip can identify and list it.

How do rollover credits work?

Pro and Premium subscribers keep their unused scans. At the end of each billing cycle, any scans you didn’t use are automatically added to your rollover bank — up to 1,050 credits on Pro and 1,800 on Premium. Your rollover bank is tapped automatically once your monthly allotment runs out, so you never have to think about it. Credits stay in your bank as long as your subscription is active and never expire month to month.

Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you’re never charged.
